# Creating Tasks

> This guide explains the different methods and options available for creating tasks in the system.

## Methods of Creation

### 1. Manual Creation

Tasks can be created manually through several interfaces:

* Using the "New Task" button in the task list
* From within a case detail view
* Through the quick actions menu
* Via the task templates interface
